Debunking Common Excuses To Not Do Mystic Practice
A bit of esoteric motivation for those who need it.
It is easier to say you are a mystic, than to actually be a mystic. To be a mystic it is obligatory to engage in mystic practices. If you just study mysticism, or hold beliefs that relate to a specific mystic tradition, you are still not a mystic. In my view, a true mystic practice has three branches, and without all three, it is not mysticism. They are study, practice, and contemplation. The hardest of these for many people is the practice element, especially because to make progress with mysticism, you need to be consistent about it. So, here is a list of the most common excuses that I hear that people use to avoid practicing mysticism, and why they are not true.
